Tyson Schroeder – President

With over 20 years of experience, Tyson has had the opportunity to work on a wide-variety of projects in different capacities, with over 200 completed projects under his belt. Classically trained as a carpenter in New England, Tyson amalgamates deep East Coast building tradition with West Coast aesthetics and technique.

A long-time advocate for natural and green building, he adheres to the adage “the greenest building is the one already built,” out of which Redux Construction + Development was conceived.

Our field staff is universally hard-working, highly skilled, adept problem solvers and generally a pleasure to be around. They treat your home as if it was their own, and are unsatisfied until your project is complete - down to the last detail.

We pride ourselves on our community involvement, donating not only our time and expertise to such worthy causes as Big Brothers Big Sisters, Town Park Oakland and Living Water International, but also at least 1% of our profit, with the belief that helping our neighbors in need, both locally and globally, is an investment the return of which is enjoyed by all.
